    • CardTrax - Credential Sequencing Service (Click to Expand) 

    • CardTrax™ account tracking ensures specific credential properties (facility code and badge ID) combinations are unique and never duplicated on any other cards we make. Compatible with Corporate 1000™, the program is available to new and existing customers.

      Anyone may request a Standard CardTrax account. Only end user customers may request a Restricted CardTrax account. See more details later in this process.

    • SCEKS - Schlage Custom Encryption Key Service (Click to Expand) 

    • At Schlage, we understand that credentials are the key to a successful access control plan. And we know that some solutions available in the market today can lock you into a proprietary path that limits your options in the future. That is why we offer Schlage Credential Services with programs that are designed to provide you with a whole new level of security, adaptability and flexibility.

      Allegion's Schlage Custom Encryption Key Service offers customer-owned DESFire encryption. This means that customers can not only have elevated security in their access control systems, but they can also take custody and control of this encryption key and decide which partners they want to work with.

      Schlage Custom Encryption keys are only available to end user customers. Channel partners cannot apply for a SCEKS custom encryption key on behalf of their customer.

      Third-party partners, channel partners, and end user customers can also indicate within this process if they want Allegion to consume their encryption key.

    • Stop Collapse 

    • For liability reasons, your Allegion Consultant should not fill this out for you. They are happy to fill it out with you. The same is encouraged for integrators and other channel partners - fill it out with your customer, not for them.

    • Schlage SCEKS Custom Encryption Keys are only available directly to end user customers. Please have your customer complete this application directly.

    • Please have your CardTrax account number ready before you start this process.

    • Configuration cards (aka Command cards) are used to change keysets and settings on readers and E-Locks. Standard-issue customer-specific CE configuration cards just contain keyset changes. Stock configuration cards that change standard settings can be found in the Schlage Electronics Price Book. Stock config cards and customer-specific CE cards can be used together to achieve your desired reader or E-Lock configuration.

      If you would like a customized configuration card to contain multiple simultaneous changes, please contact your Allegion Sales Rep for assistance.

      Note: Config cards do not toggle. Config cards that turn a setting "off" will be different from a config card that turns the same setting back "on."

    • Go HERE to submit a change request for your existing CardTrax account, then close this page. Only existing Account Managers can request these changes to the account. Multiple request types can be done in a single submission.

  • Company and Admin Information

    WARNING: Spelling matters. Specifically, Email misspellings will break the automated email routing feature of this application and the process will not flow.

  • Your Company's Information

    Allegion is assuming that you are filling this out for yourself, not someone else. Populate the following fields accordingly.

  • Account Manager

    This person is the point of contact (aka owner) of the Custom Key or CardTrax account (ideally the the person filling this form for themselves and will also be the Account Manager). If this account is for an End User customer, the Account Manager should be an employee of the End User customer. If this account is for a Channel Partner (Integrator, etc.), the Account Manager should be an employee of that Channel Partner (SCEKS is reserved for end users). Channel Partners should not be listing themselves here for an end user account. This cannot be an Allegion employee.

  • Who is your Schlage/Allegion Consultant?

    Your regional or national Allegion Consultant should be consulted to ensure the correct information is included.

  • The Schlage Consultant cannot be the Account Manager. The Account Manager must be the customer that will be ordering using this CardTrax account; most likely the end user customer, but could also be a channel partner.

  • The Schlage Consultant Email must be an @Allegion email. Please adjust before proceeding.

  • Odd name formatting. Please adjust.

  • Third-Party Encryption Key Sharing

  • If you are on this page, it means you would like to share your symmetric encryption key with Allegion. This is a very technical process. YOU WILL NOT BE SHARING YOUR KEY IN THIS FORM. An Allegion Application Engineer will reach out to you with next steps. First, we would like to gather some information, and a shipped sample for validation will be required.

  • Credential Providers

    Who you buy from

  • Please list the primary Provider you will be buying cards or fobs from. This can be your local integrator, local/regional wholesaler, etc. To help keep the process moving swiftly, let them know to expect an email from "Schlage Card/Fob Services."

    The Provider you list will be notified via email with next steps to complete the process so your CardTrax account can be created. Therefore, you cannot skip this step or your application will not be processed. Please ensure email addresses are entered correctly. List each unique Provider once.

    After your account is created, you'll be able to request additional  Providers be added to your CardTrax account. Please wait until you receive a CardTrax number to request additional Providers.

     

  • This field should contain a NON-ALLEGION company and point of contact. If you have a direct purchasing agreement with Allegion, list YOURSELF in this section. You will receive an email to verify your direct status with Allegion.

     

  • This request contains a need for a new Schlage Custom Encryption Key. Only End Users can own this key. Therefore, the Account Manager must be an end user customer. Please adjust that field before proceeding.

  • List one representative per unique Provider. Do not enter the same Provider into two fields. Make adjustments before proceeding.

     

  • Indirect channel partners cannot list themselves as a credential provider to their own organization. Please list the channel partner you purchase Schlage credentials from that is not your organization. You will be allowed to proceed with this application, but it may not get processed smoothly or quickly unless your organization is actually direct with Allegion.

     

  • Choosing Credential Properties for CardTrax

    This is not an order. This process is to establish the parameters of your credential encoding for all of your future credential orders. You can place an order after you receive your CardTrax account number.

  • 40X and 35C are Restricted CardTrax Accounts only available to end user customers. Please contact your Allegion Sales Consultant for guidance, or choose a Standard CardTrax Account.

     

  • About Restricted CardTrax Accounts

    Restricted CardTrax Accounts reserve each Bit Format for a single customer are reserved for use by end user customers only. Due to the finite nature of these accounts, they have prerequisites and purchase minimums. Non-restricted CardTrax accounts do not have limits and are open to all Schlage customers for use in any volume.

    Credential security level is determined by the credential technology you choose (Mifare Classic, Mifare DESFire, etc.), not by the Bit Format. If you're concerned that your organization might be sharing a bit format with another organization somewhere in the world, please reach out to your Schlage Sales Consultant to discuss advanced options outside of Restricted CardTrax accounts.

    35C - Reserved for former HID® Corp1000 customers wanting to use a Schlage Bit Format equivalent to H5xxxx.

    40X - Has a minimum annual purchase requirement of 2,000 credentials and should be used by large customers that consume a high volume of credentials.

    Schlage may contact you to validate your request for a Restricted CardTrax account.

  • Schlage Custom Encryption Key Service

    SCEKS Application

  • Allegion's Schlage Custom Encryption Key Service offers customer-owned DESFire encryption. This means that customers can not only have elevated security in their access control systems, but they can also take custody and control of this encryption key and decide which partners they want to work with.

    If you have an existing CardTrax (CT) account for your Mifare DESFire credential purchases, we recommend you connect your SCEKS to it. Please have your CT number before you start this process.

  • Custom Key Use Case Understanding

    These are a series of discovery questions to ensure a Schlage Custom Encryption Key will meet your needs in your ecosystem

  • Migrating from Standard DESFire

    Schlage readers can currently support one (1) DESFire encryption key. As your Schlage readers and E-locks are reprogrammed in the field from standard encryption keys to your new custom encryption key, your existing DESFire credentials with standard encryption keys will stop working and will need to be replaced. 

     

    Used credentials cannot be returned to Schlage for reporgramming because existing wear, tear, and contaminants may harm our precision equipment.

     

    Customers switching from many 125 kHx prox or Schlage MIFARE Classic credentials will not have this transitionary hurdle because Schlage reader hardware can support simultaneous use of those technologies. A Prox credential, a standard Schlage MIFARE Classic credential, and a custom DESFire credential can function simultaneously on Schlage reader hardware (wall or E-lock).

  • Migrating from HID products

    Customers migrating from HID MIFARE DESFire or SEOS credentials/readers may need to replace reader and credential hardware in full due to the proprietary nature of the iClass credential platform.

     

  • Migrating from Non-Allegion Mifare Classic or Non-Allegion Mifare DESFire

    If you're currently Mifare Classic or DESFire credential from a different manufacturer, please notify Schlage in the notes below if you own your encryption key and are willing to share it with Allegion for evaluation.

    If you are not using a custom encryption key or are unable to provide it to Allegion for evaluation, your credentials will not be able to make the transition when migrating to a custom DESFire solution.

     

  • Starting Fresh or Migrating from Schlage Mifare Classic

    This should be pretty straight forward!

     

    Customers migrating from any Schlage MIFARE Classic credentials will not have transitionary hurdles because Schlage reader hardware can support simultaneous use of those technologies. Many Prox credentials, standard Schlage MIFARE Classic credentials, and custom DESFire credentials can function simultaneously on Schlage reader hardware (wall or E-lock).

  • Migrating from 125 kHz Prox

    This will be an easy transition most of the time.

     

    If you are using a proprietary HID® Indala, encrypted prox, or a rare/custom bit format prox credential, you're prox credential may not work on Schlage readers.

     

    Schalge reader hardware supports most common/standard unencrypted proximity credentials.
