      You can make up to four types of change requests with this form. Only the listed Account Manager is authorized to request changes. 

      1. Update Authorized Purchasers

      Your CardTrax account is linked to specific credential providers that are authorized to buy credentials from Schlage, for you, using your CardTrax account. You control who is on the list. Use the form below to change who is authorized to purchase Schlage credentials for you.

      2. Update Next-In-Line Badge ID Number

      The option is available to advance the Next In Line (NIL) Badge ID number. NIL Badge ID can only be advanced forward. Under no circumstances can the NIL Badge ID be moved backward. Once this change is made it cannot be reverted.

      3. Company Name Change

      The Company Name on file should match (or be similar to) the email domain of the Account Manager. There are some exceptions - using a gmail.com email, as an example.

      4. Account Manager Change

      Currently, accounts can only have one Account Manager that is authorized to request the changes on the account. That Account Manager can designate a replacement in an event like retirement. If the Account Manager leaves the organization without requesting this change, another individual from the same organization can request to take over after a mandatory 5-day waiting period - in which the original Account Manager will be emailed and have a chance to accelerate the process with an approval, or redirect the change request with clarifying guidance. Exceptions can apply and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

       

      Other Notes

      • Facility Codes cannot be changed. A new CardTrax account must be requested. If using 35C or 40X, be aware that some Facility Codes may already be claimed.

      This must be consistent with the Contact info we have on file or the change request will be denied.
    • This representative will support your request through the process; should it be required.

    • The Schlage Consultant cannot be the Account Manager. The Account Manager must be the customer that will be ordering using this CardTrax account; most likely the end user customer, but could also be a channel partner.

    • The Schlage Consultant Email must be an @Allegion email. Please adjust before proceeding.

  • Authorized Credential Providers

  • Please list the credential Providers you will be buying cards or fobs from. This can be your local integrator, local/regional wholesaler, online vendor, etc.

    The Provider(s) you list will be notified via email with next steps to complete the process so your CardTrax account can be created. Please ensure email addresses are entered correctly. They must complete this step for changes to take effect.

    To help keep the process moving swiftly, let them know to expect an email from "Schlage Card/Fob Services."

    List each unique Provider once.

    You have a choice to make:

    Either KEEP YOUR EXISTING LIST OF AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS and add to it, or,
    DELETE ALL EXISTING PROVIDERS and start with a clean slate. To delete one provider you will need to "delete all" and re-enter the Providers you'd like to keep on the authorized list.

  • NOTE: To keep some of your authorized Providers while only deleting one, please re-list all but the one Provider you'd wish to delete, in addition to any new Providers. This ensures that you are completely clear on who can provider you with your unique CardTrax credentials.

    If 3 slots is not enough to list all of your card/fob Providers, submit the form again while selecting the "KEEP" option above and listing the overflow Providers.

  • Next In Line Adjustment

    Read thoroughly, very important
  • The option is available to advance the Next In Line (NIL) Badge ID number. In other words, if nothing else changed, the Badge ID range of your next order will start with the NIL Badge ID.

    The NIL Badge ID on your CardTrax account can be calculated by adding +1 to the last Badge ID from your last order against this CardTrax account.

    Please calculate this change very accurately and thoughtfully. NIL Badge ID can only be advanced forward. Under no circumstances can the NIL Badge ID be moved backward. Once this change is made it cannot be reverted. A new CardTrax account will need to be requested to achieve a NIL Badge ID smaller than what it currently is. Moving the NIL backwards can result in duplicate credentials being produced. Allegion warns against this practice and is therefore not liable for duplicates if the customer requests a new CardTrax account with a smaller NIL than is currently recorded.

    The request will be denied if you request a NIL that is:

    • Smaller than the current/actual NIL Badge ID,
    • Larger than the max possible Badge ID for the bit format you're using.

  • Company Name Change

    This helps us keep our records up to date, and your requests flowing smoothly.
  • Account Manager Change/Transfer

    Currently, only one Account Manager can be listed in our system.
  • The original Account Manager on file will be emailed with first right of refusal for this change. After a 5-day waiting period with no response, Allegion will make the Account Manager change under the assumption the previous Account Manager is no longer available. 

    The original Account Manager should still be the one signing this request, and it will be processed promptly. If the original Account Manager is no longer available, this change request should be signed by the new Account Manager, and will be processed after the 5-day waiting period.

     

     

  • Signing this document certifies that you would like Allegion/Schlage to update the changes requested to your CardTrax account. You're also authorizing the Credential Provider(s) listed above to make purchases of Schlage credentials on your behalf using your CardTrax (CT) Number (only applicable if Provider changes were requested).
